with this great lakeview from the Lanai (in South-Western direction) and with sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH-WEST facing. A second screened Lanai faces in opposite direction. So you could enjoy sun almost during the entire daylight. This Lanai is also screened. Both Lanais are open and protected by a screen. The carport is available for your car. It keeps your car cool during the summer time.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 495 feet (1 minute walk)!
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00449 and is located in building number 2448. The building 2448 belongs to the Orchid Falls association. And the association Orchid Falls is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
