...our renter's favourite, because many of the condos there have an outside kitchen. When you enjoy the evenings relaxing on the lanai you have direct access to hot snack or cool drink. In many accommodations there is also the garage available for the renter. More especially in the summertime it is nice to have a cool car.
Click on the 5 digit unit number to look at the vacation homes. All condos - so called in the U.S.A. - are located either in the first or second floor. Minimum standard are sleeps 4 (occupied by two, three or four renters), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-condition, cable-tv, telephone, washer, dryer, a well equiped kitchen, dishes and linen. Some condos have 3 bedrooms for 6 or more persons.
