...sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) with a marvelous lake view in north-eastern direction is located on the second floor. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The lanai is NORTH-EAST facing. From the 'Lanai' you have a beautiful lake view. A second screened Lanai faces in opposite direction. So you could enjoy sun almost during the entire daylight. This Lanai is also screened. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds. The carport is available for your car. It keeps your car cool during the summer time.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 660 feet (2 minute walk)!
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00391 and is located in building number 2300. The building 2300 belongs to the Orchid Falls association. And the association Orchid Falls is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
