Our 'Villa Montclairpark' is in top location in the gated community 'GLEN EAGLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB', very centrally located on Davis Blvd right next to the COUNTRYSIDE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB facility. Our house itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has an ideal West exposure. In addition, this house has an effective solar pool heating. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and next to the kitchen a so-called 'Breakfast Nook' with 4 chairs.
