A warm WELCOME! This perfect house shown above is located in a quiet, well kept community, approximately 600 feed away from DAVIS BLVD. All residents and also you as a tenant can enjoy the clubhouse with tennis courts and heated community pool.

Our 'Villa Whittenberg' is in top location in the gated community 'Villas of Whittenberg', very centrally located on Davis Blvd right next to the Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club. Our house itself is located directly on a natural lake and has an ideal southwest exposure. In addition, this house has an effective solar pool heating. The pool deck is richly equipped and has many seating and sunbathing options, as well as a barbecue, parasol and pool loungers etc. There are also plenty of items for the days on the beach. In the garage there are also two bicycles for the use of the guests. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and in the kitchen a so-called Breakfast Nook. This house is modern furnished and very richly equipped - certainly a little richer as normal, because we like to cook ourselves and therefore nothing is missing in terms of the cuisine.
