...with a marvelous lake view from lanai and with sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms) and sleeper couch in living room is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH facing. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.
Special problem in CASCADES:
There are reluctantly rented only 2 weeks,
because only 1x in the calendar month may be rented.
There are then the other 2 weeks 'lost'.
It is even worse if the month change is exceeded.
Then 2 calendar months are 'used up'.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2110 feet (6 minute walk)!
There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00446 and is located in building number 2100. The building 2100 belongs to the Cascades association. And the association Cascades is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
