...sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) with a marvelous preserve view in western direction is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is WEST facing. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2310 feet (7 minute walk)!
There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00439 and is located in building number 2350. The building 2350 belongs to the Magnolia Falls association. And the association Magnolia Falls is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
