is located in the ground floor and has the most beautiful lakeview of FALLING WATERS (look at picture). If you like to enjoy sitting on the terrace on comfortable chairs - then this condo will be the one you like. It is a great amenity having a screened lanai (terrace) with easy to handle aluminium shutters which gives you an extra bedroom.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 1200 feet (4 minutes walk)!

Nice furniture on the screened terrace. There is a queen size sleeper couch. Terrace is facing East. So you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast. In the afternoon and evening (when the sun is hot) you will be thankful sitting in the shade.
