is located in the 1st floor and very, very close to the big FALLING WATERS pool. Go across a small street and you are there (look at the picture). If you like to sit on a screened lanai surrounded by trees and green - then this condo will be the one you like. This big lanai is facing North. Here you'd dodge the summer heat. A second lanai (a little bit smaller) is facing South. This second one is also sceened.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 330 feet (1 minute walk)!
