...sleeps 6 (2 bathrooms) is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. In bedroom #3 there are two twin beds. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The lanai is NORTH-EAST facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love. The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 790 feet (2 minute walk)!
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00438 and is located in building number 2405. The building 2405 belongs to the Water Crest association. And the association Water Crest is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
