  Please pay attention to the following:
      1. You must find the owner/caretaker on this website and
      2. the SAME owner/caretaker must mentioned on your rental contract.
  Only if both match, you can transfer cashless.
  
  Also - Pay attention to the following:
      1. The destination account of the owner/caretaker is an US-Dollar-Account.
      2. Initiate the wire transfer at least 14 days before the payment is due.
      3. If less money arrives on the destination account than we requested, you have to pay the difference in cash after arrival in Naples. Differences can arise due to unforeseen bank charges. For example CHASE charges $ 35 as a bank fee (not if you choose 'TransferWise.com' now: 'wise.com').

  • A cheap way to transfer money to the USA offers 'TransferWise.com' now: 'wise.com' for several years. We often tranfered money from EUROPE to the UNITED STATES and it worked fine.
    It costs about 0,5% at 1000 EURO and more. It costs up to 1.0% if less than 1000 EURO.
  
  
  • Since 2012 there are competitors to 'TransferWise.com' now: 'wise.com' in the market, which we do not know and with which we have no experience:
    TRANSFERGO and 'GIROXX'.
