First aid in the event of a failure of telephone, Internet or television

  • Failure of the Internet: Try to disconnect the power cord from the ROUTER, wait 10 seconds and reconnect.
    Wait 15 minutes until the device has initialized again.

  • Failure of the Land Line Phone: Try to disconnect the power cord from the Telephone unit, wait 10 seconds and reconnect.

  • Failure of the Television I: Try to disconnect the power cord from the black BOXES, wait 10 seconds and reconnect.
    Wait 15 minutes until the device has initialized again.

    If the problem persists, inform the Caretaker of the rental property.
