Terms of payment

The rental fee includes all additional costs such as taxes, visitor's tax, local telephone calls, electricity, and water.
A security payment of $300 is required in addition and must be paid 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. The landlord returns the security payment or an itemized statement of the deductions (additional telephone calls, damage to the property or its contents) and balance, if any, to the tenant within 6 weeks after termination of the lease.
A down payment in the amount of 20% of the rental fee is due at the time the contract is completed / reservations made.
The remaining amount (with registration & cleaning fee) is due 6 weeks prior to beginning of the rental period. All payments may be made per check, traveler check, or cash in US Dollar payable to the landlord’s representative.

Return Policy

Our standard terms are: The tenant(s) is required to pay 30% of the above agreed rental amount if the rental contract is cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period, later 60%, and 100% after start of the rental period. The conditions in your contract may differ from the standard contract.
If you need to cancel the lease, you will receive a cancellation invoice that you can submit to your travel insurance.
The calculation of the cancellation amount arises from the terms of the lease.
